Leading Communities…

Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009

…and not just business units.

It’s the 21st century - and an integrated, digital world. Why are we still pursuing an old world fiscal path that only sustains a minor percentage of the world’s population? We need transformational leaders who understand community leadership. Brands, organizations, neighborhoods, clubs, families - these are all communities with their own values and need to define their worth.
Communities are crying for leadership that really understand how to unify people through what they value and make use of what makes them diverse.

What does community leadership require? Where will we find those leaders?

Still Working on Design Upgrade

Sunday, August 13th, 2006

We’re still working on the design for the whole site. We’ve made the internal blog and the external blog similar except for the photo at the top. Since the external blog serves a different purpose, we thought that the photo should show us something key to identity and how we express that. This is a handprint found on the stairs in a courtyard of one of the Portuguese Pousadas in the Alentejo.

We are off to a long-deserved vacation combined with a business trip to discover the best places to hold workshops in Portugal. We’ve already set up some of the meetings to try and find a place to hold upcoming seminars.

Once we’ve returned end of September, we’ll begin work on the site again.
